One of my best professional experiences was working with Eric Baker Design and Design/Writing/Research in New York City in 1997. I learned a tremendous amount about design in general and how to manage design projects in English as well as in a foreign culture. Two years earlier I had graduated from The University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg with a diploma in Design and then worked with Rolf Müller – a legend in Germany for his famous work for the Olympic Games in Munich with Otl Aicher. Upon my return from New York, I opened my own studio. A few years later I became the Managing Designer of an international design harmonization project. Weekly conference calls and workshop moderations deepened my language skills. Together with a colleague from Dublin, I wrote corporate design manuals. Currently, I manage my design studio and teach undergraduate and master students at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, Austria. I love to work on international projects and promise that a complete translation of this website will follow shortly. For now please enjoy a look at the work samples.
